About the Authors

Lau Too Kya
Lau Too Kya is a retired Universiti Teknologi Mara lecturer. He has more than 30 years of teaching experience and specializes in mathematics and quantitative methods. He is the author of several books on mathematics and statistics.
Phang Yook Ngor
Phang Yook Ngor is an Associate Professor at Universiti Teknologi Mara Melaka. She has 30 years of teaching experience and specializes in mathematics and statistics.
Zainudin Awang

Zainudin Awang is a Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences at University Sultan Zainal Abdin, Terengganu. He has some 33 years of teaching experience in various statistics courses at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. He holds a B.Sc (Statistics) from Iowa State University, USA (1987), M.Sc (Applied Statistics) from Western Michigan University, USA (1989) and PhD (Marketing) from University Malaysia Terengganu (2007). His research interest is in the area of Marketing and Management. He has published several books in Business Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Research Methodology and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). To date he has graduated some 25 PhD students. His academic achievement can be summarized as follows:
